On The Development Pattern Of The Rural Tourist Destination Around The Scenic Spot In Urbanization Perspective

Urbanization is the process of the rural population and the social productivitycontinuously move to the town, and it is the development of human society into acertain stage, the party proposes that the urbanization, industrialization, agriculturalmodernization and the informatization as the carrier, and comprehensively promotebuilding a well-off society in an all-round way in the eighteen report. Newurbanization emphasized the population’s urbanization. The rapid development ofthe new urbanization, provide a powerful boost to the China’s economic growth andsocial development. Tourism is labor-intensive industries, has a higher drive in therelated industries, and plays a major role in promoting the rural economic growthand driving the working of the villagers to promote the integration of the urban andtourist destination. It will become an important strategic choice of the newurbanization.With the advance of urbanization, the rural tourism gets further development.The continued prosperity of the rural tourism industry will accelerate the localprocess of urbanization. The interdependence and mutually reinforcing relationshipbetween them are becoming increasingly closer. Based on the perspective ofurbanization, use the Urbanization theory, the Sustainable-development theory, theTourism-economic theory, the Community-tourism theory as a support, explore thedevelopment pattern of the rural tourist destination around the scenic spot. Based onusing the field trips and literature review methods, we analysis the developmentstatus, influential factors, business pattern and the interaction mechanisms betweenthe urbanization and the rural tourist destination around the scenic spot Relying onthe relationship between the rural tourist destination and scenic regions, we candivide the rural tourist destination into two kinds of types, the resource-close typeand the service-close type. Both of them follow different kinds of developmentpattern. In order to better study the develop moderns of the rural tourism on the ruraltourist destination around the scenic spot in the urbanization perspective, this articleselected Xiamen village of the Wuyishan and Xinjie village of the Yongding tostudy.The conclusions of the study include: the resource-close type of the rural tourist destination should choose the “offsite urbanization” development pattern. And theservice-close type of the rural tourist destination should choose the “in situurbanization” development pattern. In this paper, we select the Xiamen town whichrelying on the Wuyishan scenic spot and the Xinjie village which relying on theHongkeng Toulou scenic spot to undertake case studies. And concrete analysis of theresource-close type and the service-close type of the rural tourist destinations’characteristics. From different development patterns, we elaborate them from thetourism product development, service facilities, talent introduction and other aspects.It has a certain reference value for the similar regional of the new urbanization andtourism destination development.
