Then still see procurement in the public service made certainachievements, there’re still many problems, it’s necessary for public service governmentprocurement panorama observation, find the problem, create a line with China, in line with thedevelopment needs of Ningbo, and can better protect the financial expenditure procurement system.In this paper, the Ningbo Municipal Government procurement system as the basis, by tracingthe development of domestic and foreign government procurement process, aimed to analyze thestudy of China and the Ningbo Municipal Government Procurement System Existing Problemsand Countermeasures Research; Ningbo City in recent years, the government introduced ongovernment purchasing and procurement related documents and information relating to the workcarried out on the basis of finishing, Ningbo Municipal Government procurement system for thesystematic study designed to objectively evaluate the implementation of the governmentprocurement system, Ningbo City, the achievements and problems; combined with advancedprovinces in in recent years, the government procurement system has made advancedachievements, draw lessons, and strive to meet the Ningbo propose practical work, in line with theactual needs of government procurement, with a workable policy recommendations.
