Enterprise annuity is the second pillar of endowment security system in China. At the same time, the enterprise annuity is a long-term incentive plan, is an important part of the modern enterprise compensation system design. It has important significance in reducing the government pension pressure, raising the retirement income, easing the population aging, promoting capital market development. And at the micro level, it also plays an important role in the enhancement of enterprise cohesion and competitiveness, improvement of labor productivity and attracting and retaining talent. This paper mainly discusses the private enterprise of the enterprise annuity plan how to position in the compensation system, creatively put enterprise annuity in enterprise salary system of the microscopic Angle of view for consideration, analysis and expounds the necessity and importance of establishing enterprise annuity private enterprises through the perspective of macro and micro. The author makes every effort to accurately illustrate the pay system design and related contents of enterprise annuity system, try to provide some reference and enlightenment for the development of private enterprises annuity.
