In recent years, local taxi driver strike incidents, division of enterprisesincreasingly tense relations, highlighted the issue of labor management model of taxiindustry. In order to solve the existing problems in the labor management model of taxiindustry, and solve the taxi industry periodic instability problem fundamentally. Thispaper will be in accordance with the4principles which is conducive to theestablishment of long-acting management mechanism industry; is conducive to thestability of the driver and more conducive to the realization of income; sustainabledevelopment; is conducive to obey the laws of the market, the survival of the fittest.We aim to study the change of the taxi industry labor management pattern, from thefundamental stability control taxi driver team, to achieve long-term stability the taxiindustry.In this paper, the labor management model for Guangzhou Xindong taxi companyas the research object, through in-depth analyzing the drawbacks of the original laborcontract system, we found the existing problems in the labor management. Finally weput forward the improved scheme of the labor management model and process designto improve the implementation and the possible problems.Firstly, this paper introduced the development of the company, the content oflabor management, the cost benefits of current labor management mode. Secondly, weanalyze the labor contractor and staff system two kinds of labor managementmodel, we find that the staff system can achieve the driver and enterprise win-win,staff system can be extended implement. Finally, this paper designs the improvedscheme of implementing staff system labor management, promote enterprisegradually changes from the labor contract system to staff system, through a series ofsystem construction to operation, safety, service, incentive management, eliminate fuelprice wave which will impact drivers’ revenue. This measures will guarantee stableincome, reduce the taxi driver operating pressure and have more rest ect. At the sametime, balance the profit of enterprise, to promote the sustainable development ofenterprises.
