Green Logistics Management is an important issue and new directions inlogistics management, the subject combination of logistics management and environmental science-related content, is a new research direction. From the logistics point of view, green logistics can improve processes, reduce costs and improve profit margins logistics. From the perspective of environmental protection, with the people’s awareness of environmental protection, improvement the quality of the environment, conservation of resources are from the perspective of people-oriented,it is not negligible for the meaning of community, the country.For the study of green logistics management performance, our country is clearly in its early infancy, how green concrete supplier logistics management evaluation based on the evaluation results and improve the rationality of its logistics management processes, and ultimately change the status quo of China’s logistics industry supplier of concrete, thus bring huge economic and social benefits are the key elements of the study. Since the focus of the impact of logistics performance and uncertainty factors, assessment of its indicators only cover part of the contents can not be fully and effectively summarize, in addition, green management performance assessment methods can not be identified, each method has its own advantages and disadvantages, so choose a relatively accurate method of assessment is very meaningful and necessary.Green Logistics has become a new direction of economic development, and green concrete enterprise logistics management providers concern. Based on the new concept of logistics enterprises at home and abroad for green concrete supplier management, new requirements, refer to the latest environmental standards, focusing on examining three aspects of green management, mainly distribution centers, vehicle routing, as well as evaluation of the recovery process. And through every step and conduct a detailed description of factors and measures green management considerations. Using genetic algorithms to determine the optimal location of distribution centers, for optimizing vehicle routing optimization, the proposed use of the ant colony algorithm combined with GIS for vehicle scheduling and optimizing the best choice, but the recovery process is a combination of waste characteristics of concrete materials supplier gives the corresponding recovery methods and treatment advice.
