Performance appraisal is the core link of performance management.At present,the performance appraisal work of state-owned enterprises is not satisfactory,the reasons are many,such as there are many problems in the performance appraisal index system,and the task of optimizing the performance appraisal index system is urgent.As an effective means of enterprise management,performance appraisal plays an important role in evaluating and motivating employees,enhancing the vitality and competitiveness of enterprises,promoting the development ofenterprises andimprovingthemarketposition ofenterprises.atthe sametime,itis also the core of enterprise human resources management.Therefore,it is necessary to solve the problem of state-owned enterprises from the aspects of attaching importance to performance evaluation and establishing a scientific performance appraisal index system.The problem of performanceappraisalThis paper chooses HS logistics company as an example,takes its actual implementation of the performance appraisalindex system as thecontent,through thein-depth HS logistics company to carry out field investigation and case analysis,to understand the current situation of the implementation ofthe employee performance appraisal index system scheme,and to sum up the shortcomings of the current implementation of performance appraisal.On this basis,this paper attempts to update the existing performance evaluation index system by establishing a scientific performance view,establishing a scientific evaluation index system,improving the support of employees for performance appraisal,doing a good job in the training of relevant personnel,feedbackintimetoim provestaff performance,and the effective relationship mechanism between performanceappraisal andcompensation.Atthesametime,it is proposed to optimize the existing ones.The implementation and operation of the performance appraisal index system scheme and the matters needing attention point out the direction for further solving and optimizing the problem sexisting in th eactual performance evaluation of the HS logistics companyThispaper adopts themethod of the oretical connection and demonstration,runsthroughthe whole research and analysis of the management communication problem,through the analysis and induction of the present situation of the employee performance appraisal index system actually implemented by HS logistics company,summarizes the common problem sexisting in the employee performance appraisal index system of the state-ownedenter prisesinour country under the emergence stage,and puts forward some countermeasures for solving these problems.Therefore,we can improve the operating performance and core competitiveness of state-owned enterprisesin China.Accordingtotheactual situation oftheenterprise,timely and accurate use of appropriate methods and technical means to do a good job of the performance evaluation index system,soasto give full play to theoptimization of performance evaluation refers to Thestandard system plays a giant role in promoting the core competitiveness of enterprises and promotes the continuous development of state-owned enterprises.
