The performance management is the core and base of the human resources management system. To improve the staff and the organization performance and to promote the competitive advantage of company, a scientific and effective performance management system has been established by enterprises all over the world. However, in practical situation, there are still many problems and defects in the performance management system of domestic enterprises. This dissertation studies on the performance management system of FT company, combines the current situation of performance management in FT company by integrating theory with practice, designs the performance management system for FT company based on the theories of performance management, used the relevant methods and tools of performance management, and hopes to be helpful.This pape systematically summarizes the basic theories about performance management, elaborates the relationship and differrence of performance management with performance evaluation, descants the methods of performance management.This paper focuses on the establishment of performance indicators system and performance management flow.On the one hand, this paper combines the current situation of performance management in FT company by studying the situation, finding the problems and analyzing the reasons.Then it finds out the key success indicators of the company’s strategic objective accomplishment by using the relative theories of performance management, comes out the frame of the whole company’s KPI objective. Further, by use of the methods of KPI and MBO, it breaks down the whole company’s strategic objective into the departments, and sets up the KPIs of the departments. Afterwards, the KPIs of jobs will be designed by analyzing department KPIs and job responsibilities. Last, according to the differrences of the staff’s hierarchy and jobs, it builds up the KPIs system of staffs from the two dimensions of job performance(KPI) and job behavior(job attitude and job capability).On the other hand, relying on the basic theories of performance management, by using the relevant methods and tools, and combining the company’s situation, it designs the t flows of performance management including the performance plans, performance guides, performance examination, performance feedback and reuse.To effectively implement the performance management system of FT company, this paper also brings out measurements and propposals.
