The Design Of Strategy-oriented Performance Management System For Xi'an DICOS Company

The performance management is an important part of human resources management. An effective performance management system can increase the competition ability of company, and gain the advantages of competition for enterprises. It's a new development direction to build the performance management system, that is oriented by the strategy of enterprise. For domestic companies ,especially the growing companies , it's very significant to set up a set of performance management system ,which accords with science ,practice and strategy.The design of strategy-oriented performance management system is disassembling the strategy of enterprise into units and every personnel .With managing ,improving the performance of every staff, the performance of entire enterprise is increased. The productivity and value of enterprise will be also increased. The advantages of competition will be achieved.The research object of this dissertation is Xi'an DICOS Company, which has deficient performance and large personnel flow. The quality of the employee needs to be improved. Therefore, with the DICOS Company's strategy, Balance Score Cared and Key Performance Indicator, we try to design a set of scientific performance management system for DICOS Company as the base of the effective management in order to avoid the deficiencies of the present performance appraisal as far as possible and arouse staff's working enthusiasm ,activity and creativity, improve organization's efficiency and realize the organization's objectives. Avoid employee's flow to some extent and help enterprise attract, train, develop and keep talent employees, achieve enterprise's strategy objectives successfully.
