From the birth of the last century at the beginning of ninety, Ancient town tourism as a part of tourism industry has become a mature industry. Due to intense competition, many new projects losses."Anren town" is the Chengdu travel group to create a building of the Republic of China as the characteristics of the ancient town tourism project. How to Anren town development projects in the rigorous competition environment?In order to solve some problems at present and develop, this article embarks from the strategy to write. At first I analyzed its macroscopic environmental factors like the economic environment factor, the political law factor, the social culture environment factor and so on. Secondly I analyzed its profession environment, and utilized the five strength model of competition-----the existing competitor’s competition, the substitute’s threat, the new entrant’s threat, the buyer’s ability of chopping the price, and the supplier’s ability of chopping the price. Above finally I also utilized the SWOT method, and analyzed its opportunity, threat, superiority and inferiority. According to the principle of using the opportunity, avoiding the threat, displaying the superiority, overcoming the inferiority, I formulated the overall strategy and the different strategy, and I proposed the steps of the strategy.The study established research and development strategy, marketing strategy, the corresponding operation strategy, financial strategy and talent strategy, formed a set of perfect enterprise strategy system, and formulated the implementation measures. The results of this study have a direct role in guiding the s strategic choice for the Chengdu travel group; the research ideas and methods has important reference value in its implementation of strategic management.
