Analysis And Improvement Of ZJ Government’s Investment Projects Agent Construction Mode

Government investment is one of the important means of state intervention in economic operation and direct economic activity, also play the lead role in fixed assets investment, government investment had a positive effects on many important construction projects during the initial stage of China’s economic reform, but with the rapid development of market economy in China and the international economy and trade, the traditional management mode of government investment no longer have advantage various defects have exposed undoubtedly. In this paper, I will take Zhenjiang city as an example, to analyze the government investment project agent construction system.This is an analysis for Zhenjiang city hall project agent construction mode, divide into five parts, the first part is the introduction, mainly analyze the background and purpose to bring a basic understanding of the current environment; the second part is the summarization of the research, reviews the current situation of government investment projects management in both domestic and oversea,we will understand the situation of this topic, from discuss the concept and advantage of agent construction, compared with other project management models, we will have a comprehensive understanding to the government agent construction mode; The third part we will analyze the Zhenjiang City Hall investment projects mode, divide into three aspect:the basic situation of government investment project, agent construction management practice and the existing problems in the implementation process; the fourth part is the suggestion for improve the Zhenjiang City Hall investment projects model, According to the existing issues in practice,I will analyze the government planning and give my suggestion for improvement, also use the experience of domestic and foreign developed countries or regions for reference. In this article I will analyze and studies on the Zhenjiang city hall project agent construction mode, take a typical case then find out the problems in implementation process, learn from the advanced countries, area management experience, put forward the improvement strategies, to promote the development of Zhenjiang City Hall investment projects, figure out various issues in process.
