At present, the energy crisis become a hot topic at home and abroad, and is the most serious problems in today’s society, highlights the development of human society and the contradiction between the living environment, to the survival of this contradiction and promote social progress, people gradually began to study the problem of energy crisis.Energy crisis is a sign of new energy, and biomass energy is inferior to coal, oil, natural gas after the fourth-largest energy, development potential is tremendous, will eventually replace fossil fuels.Straw biomass energy resources is the main, crop yields in China is huge, huge crop yield huge quantity of crop straw.Straw due to its biological physical characteristics, and fossil fuels have common elements, so as energy-oriented use straw is feasible.Around the world in the1980s there have been multiple vendors in the energy-oriented use to operate the straw and marked achievements were scored in the now.Straw energy development in China is relatively backward, but our country is agricultural country, big country of science and technology, development of straw energy also in rapid development.This article selects in shannxi province as the research region, with "Chinese statistics yearbook2013, the China agricultural statistics yearbook2013, shannxi statistical yearbook2013, BP world energy statistics report, the relevant data for the data base, the reference related literature, and the research on the actual situation of shannxi province, to determine the coefficient of grass valley ratio, coefficient of collecting, can use, energy conversion coefficient.Using grass valley ratio method to calculate the theoretical resources in shannxi province straw resources, collecting coefficient method is used to calculate the collecting resources in shannxi province crop straw, available coefficient method is used to calculate the shannxi province crop straw can energy-oriented use straw resources, will eventually be available straw into alternative of fossil energy resources, and calculate the10years of relevant data from2003to2012, to predict the future of straw resources provide data base, calculate the resources in shannxi province in2003-2012theory by an average of15.9675million tons, equivalent to6.24million tons of standard coal, if use in the form of conversion of coal, can save5.813billion yuan a year, in the form of conversion of fuel use, can save23.255billion yuan each year.And analysis the problems in the process, put forward views and Suggestions.
