Crop Straw Resource Energy-oriented Using Potential Evaluation In Hunan Province

Energy is the important material basis of human survival and development,and it is the motive force of economic development. Along with the rapid development of economy in China, the demand for energy is higher and higher, the contradiction between supply and demand for fossil energy increasingly nervous, energy security is facing severe challenges. At the same time, the using of energy, especially fossil energy triggered more and more serious ecological environment problems,damageed people's health, getted widly attention. Facing the double pressure of energy and the environment, development and utilization of renewable energy is imperative. Using crops straw product biomass energy with an advantage of clean, safe, renewable,and this is a new way to deal with energy and environmental crisis. Rural crops straw stalk comprehensive utilization rate is not high in China, a large number of straw were burned and abandoned, the straw energy-oriented use not only can reduce the use of fossil energy, reducing pollution of the atmosphere, improving the ecological environment, but also can reduce the waste of agricultural resources, increasing farmers'income, promoting the new rural construction.This is the important way to realize circular and low-carbon economy,and it is also the important mean to solve the problem of environmental pollution and shortage of resources. Taking Hunan province as an example, this study estimates the crop straw resources, evaluation of energy potential of straw resources, and using method of SWOT to analysis the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the straw resources energy-oriented use in Hunan province, and puting forward countermeasures and Suggestions of energy-oriented use straw resources in Hunan province. The results show that Hunan province had 35.7597 million tons crop straw resources in 2013, and the crop straw resources showed a trend of slow growth, and 28.2104 million tons can be collected for using,12.1305 million tons can be energy-oriented used, equiving 5.6332 million tons of standard coal. Changde city,Yiyang, Hengyang, Yueyang crop straw resources are rich and concentrated, having relatively large energy potential and developing scale energy industry appropriatly.
