| Straw is a renewable green biomass resource, and main product of agriculture. What’s more, it is a kind of important bioenergy. In the worsening energy crisis and environmental threats, comprehensive utilization of crop straw resources is very important. China is a large agricultural country, rich in straw resources. So, straw resource utilization has enormous potential. "Thirteen Five-Year Plan" proposed "Innovation, Coordination, Green, Open, Sharing" concept of development. Straw energy utilization is a new way of straw utilization, and the new way can achieve green development cycle with low input, high output, besides, it would improve rural energy structure, increase farmers’ income, and share the fruits of technological innovation with farmers.Jiangsu Province is a major agricultural province, and Jiangsu province government pays great attention to straw energy utilization and gives it great support. This paper estimates the amount of straw resources in Jiangsu Province and analyses the spatial distribution of straw resources, to evaluate the potential energy utilization of straw in Jiangsu Province.There are four main energy utilization ways: straw gasification, straw direct combustion power generation, straw ethanol fuel, straw briquette, this paper selected to evaluate. VIKOR evaluation method is used, in accordance with the principle of AHP and triangular fuzzy number theory to construct an index system and evaluate the four energy ways.The results of this study are as follows:(1) Jiangsu’s straw resource has big variety and diversity, the main type is yellow straw, such as rice straw, corn straw and wheat straw. The three kind if straw resources accounted for 87.32% of the total resources of straw in 2014.(2) From 2007 to 2014, the amount of straw resources in Jiangsu Province increased year by year, what’ more, the average volume of straw resources is 42.58 million tons in 2014, the number will be bigger if ensuring the cultivated land and grain yield.(3) Jiangsu Province has 13 prefecture-level cities and the amount of straw resource of them has a feature and the feature is that from north to south that amount gradually reduced. Among the 13 cities, Yancheng has most amount of straw resource, and Nanjing has the least amount of resources. In addition, there is more straw resource in north region of Jiangsu.(4) The result of using Fuzzy-VIKOR method to evaluate the straw energy utilization is straw briquette, straw direct-fired power generation, straw gasification, and straw fuel ethanol. So, the straw briquette is the best, and straw fuel ethanol is the worst.Jiangsu straw utilization of energy has great potential, and shows distinct regional feature. To improve straw energy utilization, we should takes the amount of resources, regional distribution, the pros and cons of the ways, the level of economic development and other multiple factors into consideration, and make an overall plan to develop industrial layout of straw energy utilization scientifically. |
