Study On The Quantification And Utilization Model Of Crop Straw Resources In Hubei Province

The amount of straw resources is very rich in China, reasonable use of straw resources will have a good economic, social and ecological benefits. Hubei Province, rich in crop straw resources, but the current utilization rate is relatively low, a large number of straw was burned or abandoned, not only caused serious environmental pollution,destroyed the rural ecological environment,but also a waste of valuable renewable resources. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to investigate the utilization of straw in real life, to find out the problems in the process of straw utilization, to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the comprehensive utilization of straw. In this paper, taking Hubei Province as an example, the total amount,distribution and density of main crop straw resources in various cities (counties and districts) in Hubei Province were quantitatively measured by field investigation,statistical analysis, quantitative estimation of grassland and comprehensive evaluation.It is estimated that the output of main crops in Hubei Province is about 28.18million tons in 2015, the theoretical resources of straw is about 3616.41 million t, the amount of resources that can be collected by straw is 233.71 million t, the total amount can be 1616.04million t; the residual field and the collection process Waste of straw accounted for 30.85%. And analyzed and summarized the main utilization methods of straw resources in Hubei Province. Then,the theoretical benefit of straw resource utilization was evaluated. It was found that the economic benefit of straw mushroom was the highest, reaching 56.09 billion yuan. According to the status quo of straw utilization in Hubei Province, this paper puts forward some problems: one is not in place, farmers and grassroots leadership is not in place; the second is the lack of practical and practical technology and equipment; third, Hubei Province, there is no sound straw trade Market;Fourth, Hubei Province has not yet formed a standardized industrial chain; Fifth, Hubei Province in the use of straw policy and legal system is not perfect. And finally put forward the optimization and utilization of recommendations: First, strengthen the government leadership, improve grass-roots leadership, farmers awareness; Second, the establishment of straw ban demonstration area, increase the comprehensive utilization of straw technology research; Third, regulate the straw market; Fourth, strengthen the use of straw Industrial planning and industrial layout; five is to increase the comprehensive utilization of straw policy support for the reasonable utilization of straw resources in Hubei Province to provide the basis.
