With the rapid development of IT industry, The importance of project management in the software development industry is gaining more and more attention. Therefore, more and more companies are willing to invest in the human resource, monetary resources, and to cooperate with outside professional training institutions to continue to improve the professional skill set of project managers, At the same time, in the course of business operations, companies can gradually established a series of improved business operations, management information platform to support in helping business executives make decisions.In this thesis, we will make a statement about the background and Significance the Employee Education Information Platform for the F Group. I have summarized and analyzed the use and effectiveness of project management, implementation scope management, schedule management, cost management, communication management, and human resource management. All other processes will be listed and suggestions will be made regarding this project. At the end of this thesis, according to the analysis of the process and conclusion of the project implementation. The various components of project management are interconnected influence each other,each stage requires dedicated control, occurrence of problems needs to be analyzed in accordance with established procedures,to assess its impact,and make the corresponding response measures.highly effective use of all available project resources can and will reduce waste, not only to sufficiently differentiate potential implementation risks occurring during the project, but to prepare response measures well in advance, for unexpected events should be properly handled. Project manager can take up most of the time the project manager as ones coordinate the implementation of the project and handle various issues that may occur. It is people, that makes implementation of any project possible, therefore it can be said that good people management, even team management, for project managers is both of importance and a challenge,how to improve team collaboration capabilities, create a harmonious team atmosphere. Providing a heightened sense of accomplishment are all things project managers need to consider. A successful planning and scheduling of software project must possess rational thinking and itself can be realistically implemented, through the knowledge and process of project management:rigorous managing, controlling, coordinating, ensuring that project management carries work toward the established goal, thus will allow projects to finally reap higher customer satisfaction.
