The paper has had a sufficient research through predecessors’research of the theoryof business model, and found a business model theoretical supportive system which isproper for domestic olive oil company to use. Being guided by the business modelsupportive system, and researching on the status and developing trend of domestic oilindustry, the pager has a detailed dissection of Z Olive Oil Company(The Z is thecompany in the paper)present business model, and give a solution of “FULL INDUSTRYCHAIN” business model to solve Z company’s problem of insufficient corecompetitiveness: build a full industry chain business model which is value oriented; basedon systematic management; innovative method; cost first and differentiation strategy.The beginning of the paper gives introduction of research background, practicalsignificance, domestic and abroad relevant research of olive oil company business model,and offer a supportive theoretical system which is relevant to the research target and put itinto use with Z Company’s circumstances. With the analysis of Z Company’s businessstatus quo and its’ environment, the paper reveals something of the company like thecircumstances that present business model came into being, main characteristics,operational mode and some problems and explanation, and come into a conclusion thatthe company should rebuild present business model to solve the predicament. Finally,according to its own resources situation and business structure, guided by business modeltheory, set up a FULL INDUSTRY CHAIN business model.
