The cost of human resources is one of the most important parts of an enterprise’s totalcost. And it’s also an important factor to enhance the enterprise’s input-output ratio and toachieve the goal of maximizing the profits of the enterprise. Meanwhile, the cost of humanresources can directly affect the product cost, corporate profits and market competitiveness.Moreover, it also reflects the investment of business case in human resources, and it‘s themost direct reflection of the economic interests of employees. The most importantmotivation of employees on their job is depends on changes in the number of corporatehuman resource costs. Research into the reasonableness of the cost of human resources hasbecome a modern enterprise management that cannot be ignored.This thesis, taking control situation of G Company’s cost of human resources as anexample, analyses the statistics of G Company’s investment on the cost of humanresources, and generalizes the problems that caused during the control of the cost of humanresources. In order to build a control modern of the cost of human resources to reflectproblems, describe the ideas of how to control the cost and finally concludes the existinghuman resources cost control of the company’s problems, in view of the existing problemsso as to construct the control model of human resource cost, the human resources costcontrol idea and the human resources cost control link, elastic control from the growthtrend of human resources cost, ratio control, from the level of trend of human resourcescost finally, the core idea of human resources cost control, combined with G companyhuman resources cost control problems of design, completed the design of control systemof human resources cost control system design, the total cost of human resources eachbusiness unit, and finally put forward the corresponding solutions, thus put forward thecorresponding measures and the supervision and evaluation methods of the G companyhuman resources cost control problems.At last, by taking advantage of controlling the cost of human resources, combining theprogram design that can solve the HR cost problems, to complete the design of control system. Finally puts forward the corresponding solutions, thereby to G company humanresources cost control problems put forward the corresponding measures andcorresponding guarantee measures.
