Electrical product is widely in use in our country, such as TV set, mobile phone, car, computer and so on, which is inseparable with our daily work and life. Especially the notebook computer, with the high precision, high technology and high cooperation can be as representational significance of electrical product. So, studying how to execute the NB computer R&D project can be taken reference by other electrical product. However, because NB R&D project has the feature of long period and comprehensive system, the researching and management progress is more easily effected by some kinds of factors and the project proceed difficultly. The delay for the project schedule and the quality problems will harm the whole project. However the root cause is not about the technology issue, but management deficiency. So the success to proceed NB R&D not only bases on high technology but also relies on the way how to combine all different functions into one team closely, how to run with high effective and fluency, and how to make the project on schedule and good quality. The reasonable process is utmost important.The thesis mainly studies how to improve the project process to perfective the NB R&D management, to avoid the project is delay by non-technology reason as much as possible.This thesis analyze the status of current A company NB R&D process and its corresponding organization, it uses case analysis method to clarify the root cause, summarize the solutions and find the shortage of A company in organization and process factors by the analysis of the problems happened in V3series NB R&D project. We analyze the factors, principles, methods and measures of the process, with the experience summary method, brainstorming method, ECRS theory,5W1H theory, DMAIC, fishbone diagram method, PDCA cycle method and so on, we improve the vendor management process, R&D process and establish the pilot run process to complete the NB R&D process.It solves the problems related with the process to avoid to happen the similar problems again. More available, operational and perfective process will make NB R&D more fluently scheduled and high quality to MP and market.After fix the process improvement, we use "NB R&D checking list", counter-sign system, revise the job responsibility description, education, trial run, releasing formal document in system, and management team supervise and so on to make sure the process can be used successfully in the following project. Using the SDCA circle theory could make the process in accordance with the latest technology and management theory development tendency. Lastly, we get the conclusion of this thesis. The whole study progress for A company NB R&D process could be taken reference by the whole electrical product industry.The innovative points of this thesis is as followings: Coming out the detail process of NB R&D and the analysis of the whole progress of improving process; build the pilot-run process and its corresponding organization;<NB R&D Checking list> could be the strong management tool of the managers; List the safeguard measures of introducing the improved process.
