With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and spiritual needs,the word "happiness" is also constantly mentioned.Subjective well-being will not only have an impact on personal life,but also have a profound impact on the development of an industry.Employees with higher levels of happiness are more productive and enthusiastic at work.At present,the manufacturing industry has entered the era of 4.0.In order to promote "Made in China" to "Made in China intelligently" and cultivate new competitive advantages,the manufacturing industry has a large demand for all kinds of employees and talents,especially front-line employees,but the dimission rate of front-line employees is still increasing year by year.Especially since the outbreak of the epidemic in 2020,the order volume of some factories has been decreasing and their profits have also declined due to the impact of the epidemic.Taking Lishui Industrial Park as an example,this thesis explores the influence mechanism of each influencing factor on subjective well-being from the study of factors affecting well-being of front-line manufacturing employees,and provides countermeasures for the difficulties of employment,recruitment and high turnover rate of manufacturing enterprises in Lishui.First of all,the framework of this thesis is determined on the basis of consulting a large number of literature.Secondly,this thesis determines the theoretical model through interviews,questionnaires and other forms,constructs research hypotheses,designs questionnaire scales,and collects data through questionnaires.Thirdly,SPSS software was used to analyze the data,including descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,to determine the influencing factors and verify the model and hypothesis.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The correlation between organizational support,salary and welfare is the most significant.For front-line employees in the manufacturing industry,organizational and economic factors are the key factors affecting their subjective well-being.They care more about their monthly income,welfare benefits,whether the enterprise provides a sense of belonging,and whether they can enjoy spiritual and material support in the enterprise.(2)Self-efficacy,social support and work-family conflict have no significant effects.Through regression analysis,self-efficacy,social support and family factors have no significant influence on subjective well-being.It can be seen that although these three factors are related to happiness,the correlation intensity is not strong.(3)Different ages and working years have significant differences in subjective well-being.The older the employees are,the stronger their happiness is.The employees with more than 5 years’ subjective happiness is higher than the employees with less than 1 year,1-3years’ and 3-5 years’ subjective happiness.In addition,gender,marital status and education level did not have much difference in subjective happiness.According to the research conclusion,this article put forward to strengthen the qualities and skills with the actual education to enhance self-confidence,improve the level of wages,the enterprise improve the frontline staff environment,improve equipment efficiency to shorten the work time,provide convenience for frontline staff family life,the enhancement enterprise strength improve the social status measures such as employees,provide theoretical basis for manufacturing enterprises improve employees’ well-being.
