Since2013, EM company’s interim results statement can be seen, the rising cost of enterprises, profit compression, developed into "increase trap" period. How to make the cost growth is a dynamic revenue growth, the marginal benefit of expanded reproduction decline period, enterprises realize the "fat" and "grow", is a pressing matter of the moment of EM company. The EM company for Fourteen consecutive years won the national market similar products sold the first crown underwear production enterprises, the future direction of development is the main EBA, ADR this two or three line brand, these two or three line brand raw material costs in the total cost ratio is very large, and consumers and the brand price sensitive. How to control the two or three line brand of raw materials costs, is the focus problem to be solved in EM company.Based on the detailed investigation of EM two or three line brand of raw material cost control, analysis of the company’s two or three brand of raw material cost control opportunity facing problems, two or three line brand development, combined with Potter "five force model" method, target cost method, analytic hierarchy process (AHP), push and pull method, supply mapping method, and referring to the successful experience of domestic and foreign famous enterprises cost control, puts forward the control strategy of EM company four big two or three line brand raw material costs:(one) strengthen product management at the source;(two) the construction and implementation of target cost control method of material percentage;(three) the construction of partnership supplier relationship synergy;(four) the formation of supply chain information system integration.Research on the cost of this paper will also put into practice in the field of EM company, two or three line brand of raw material cost control, provide the beneficial reference for the underwear industry two or three brand of raw material cost control, and enrich the case study of supply chain cost control in the underwear industry.
