This fully highlights the foundational status of ecological civilizationconstruction. As a important environmental factor, land resources has a greatecological value. The reasonable use of land resource plays a important role to ensurethat natural resources continuous regeneration, meet the needs of the people life andproduction, the construction of economic development, ecological good, the people tolive and work in peace and contentment of ecology and beautiful China. Thecomprehensive improvement of the rural land is the key way to use resourcesreasonable, protect the ecological to improve the rural environment, is also theimportant support of ecological civilization. This paper mainly study from thefollowing aspects: first, studies the ecological management of Hunan province ruralland comprehensive improvement of the selected topic background and significance,domestic and foreign research status quo of land consolidation, and thecomprehensive improvement of the rural land ecological problems andcountermeasures of management; Secondly, the paper expounds the concept andcontent of the comprehensive improvement of the rural land, rural landcomprehensive improvement with ecological protection and related theoretical basis;Again, describes the current situation of rural land comprehensive improvement ofHunan province, and then study the ecological problems in the comprehensiveimprovement of the rural land about Guanshan village in Ningxiang、 Datong-qiaotown in Youxian.summarize hunan province rural land comprehensive improvementof the ecological structure simplification, animal husbandry pollution, reduce soilquality and other issues, and further analyze the causes of these problems.
