Study On Planning And Design Of Ecological Village From The Perspective Of Comprehensive Land Consolidation In Hilly Areas Of Villages

Since 2005,when the country put forward the goal "to build a new socialist countryside",the construction of beautiful countryside have achieved many successful cases all over the country.However,due to the conventional agriculture small-scale operation in China,it is not conducive to the improvement of agricultural productivity in the construction of beautiful countryside.In the study area of this paper land and building have subsided caused by coal exploitation and there are a series of ecological environment problems.The removal of pressing coal village leads to increasing difficulty in agricultural production..Farmers' cultivation and employment have become a constraint on the construction of beautiful countryside.In view of the above problems,under the policy support of the new rural construction and the land circulation,based on the comprehensive land consolidation,with landscape pattern analysis and spatial analysis,this paper mainly divides the function district rationally,and forces on planning of Mibu land use.Finally analyzing the change of landscape patterns with landscape pattern analysis in order to promoting agricultural scale management and improving the rural ecological environment.There are mainly conclusions as follow:1.From the perspective of land suitability and land ecology to dividing the function of ecological village is more practical and reasonable.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and GIS are adopted to evaluating the land suitability which can provide scientific basis and technical support.Combining quantitative analysis with the independence and systematic principle of landscape to dividing the function of ecological village is more practical and reasonable.2.On the landscape level,the result of eco-village planning is more reasonable.The changes of landscape before and after the planning of eco-village shows that:The changes of cultivated land is favorable to improving cultivation acreage and level of mechanization,which is conducive to developing scale management of rural land.Forest coverage rate will be increased,the grassland landscape connectivity will get better,which is available for the biological species migration or other ecological process.Soil and water conservation forest replacing unused land is helpful to soil and water conservation and landscape restoration and protection.Throughout the landscape level,the landscape has the domination species.3.Selecting the landscape pattern index to analyzing the eco-village landscape patterns of mibu land use.According the results of analysis to modify the function zone division and the planning of mibu land use.This method is beneficial to the spatial allocation of eco-village land use.In this paper,the planning and design method of the eco-village based on the relocation of the coal village is the exploration and experiment of the pressing coal village domain planning,his paper is order to providing reference for the research of the same type area.
