The Research On The Comprehensive Reform And Construction Pilot Of Feiluan Town, Ningde City

The comprehensive reform and construction of small towns, is a pilot project carried out in Fujian Province in the process of small-town construction, and also a kind of exploration of new-style urbanization. Grasping the requirements of the new urbanization strategies, earnestly studying and solving the related problems are of magnificent theoretical and practical meaning. In recent years, Ningde municipal Party Committee and municipal government have put forward the development target called "Six New Grand Ningde", in which the comprehensive reform and construction of small towns serves as a important policy on pushing urbanization and accelerating the transformation of economic development mode. However, because of the inherited problems, economic conditions and other factors, the urbanization level in Ningde at present is not high, and especially the comprehensive reform of the construction of small towns is facing many problems, so it is necessary to explore the issue in the theory helping to have it solved.The comprehensive reform and construction of the pilot town——Feiluan as the research subject, based on literature survey, investigation and case study, this paper firstly defines related concept, presents the research theory, and then carries out a in-depth research into the comprehensive reform and construction of Feiluan town, which is then evaluated with an index evaluation system. After the research on the problems and causes of Feiluan town construction, and analyzing new requiements and learning about successful experience of other province-level pilot town, the paper puts forward a overall layout and countermeasures on how to carrying out the comprehensive reform and construction of Feiluan town, to lead the comprehensive reform and construction of small towns in Ningde city.
