Research On Environmental Responsible Behavior Of Tourists In Forest Parks

Sustainable development of tourist destination is one of the research hotspot of tourism, promoting the behavior of tourists being responsible to the environment is of great significance for sustainable development of tourism. The inappropriate behavior to the environment will create great impact to the environment of the forest park and also will bring a great negative impact to other tourists in this area. It is a challenge for the forest park administrator to fulfill a scientific and effective management of the environmental behavior of tourists and promote the awareness of environmental responsibility.By combining interviews, questionnaires and on-site observation of different demographic of tourists from different background were analyzed, The author has collected a total of 566 valid questionnaires, observed 1,078 tourists and 20 tourists were interviewed. The analysis conducted uses descriptive statistics, single factor variance analysis, independent test and variance analysis the following conclusions:(1) Visitors with low environmental awareness, their performance of environmental behavior should be strengthened, in order to guarantee the sustainable development of forest park, there is a need for a specific environmental behavior targeted Forest Park normative guidelines.(2) Tourists generally believed that government and tourism enterprises are the mai n responsibility of environmental protection,and not aware of they’re the main body of env ironmental responsibility. We can see the improvement of scenic area management level ha ve certain effect to tourists’ environmental behavior from the analysis of tourist behavio r management evaluation.(3) There are significant differences between tourists age, education level and o ther demographic characteristics of tourists environmental behavior.(4) Through analyze the littering behavior of tourists by questionnaire and on-site obs ervation, and compare the results it shows that on-site investigation data are more higher th an the questionnaire, it means that there is a significant difference between subjective cons ciousness and objective environment behavior of tourists.(5) Results can be obtained through the interview that the environment responsibility of tourists behavior easy to be affected by other tourists.
