Since becoming a member of the WTO,the external environment has become more open,and the market competition faced by enterprises has become more and more fierce.How to occupy a place in the complex and fierce market environment has become a major issue that enterprises urgently need to solve.The fundamental reason,enterprise competition is the competition of talents.Talents are the source of enterprise development and social progress,especially the core technical personnel,which are the key elements of the core competitiveness of enterprises and play a decisive role in enterprise development.Taking YB Company as an example,this paper introduces the concepts and theories related to human resource management of core technical personnel,and finds that the human resource of core technical personnel of YB company is mainly reflected in talent planning and recruitment,training,performance evaluation and salary.At the same time,combined with the interview survey,it is pointed out that the human resource management of core technical personnel of YB company has problem of loss in recruitment link,problem of high cost in training link.Performance appraisal and salary management can not produce strong incentive effect.The reasons lie in the imperfect recruitment process system,inadequate training process planning,imperfect performance and salary management system and weak sense of teamwork.Then,according to the mission and vision of HUMAN resource management of YB company’s core technical personnel,proposes to standardize the human resources management process of the company’s core technicians,and at the same time improve the recruitment of core technicians,increase the training and development of core technicians,optimize the allocation of positions for core technicians,and improve the performance evaluation and salary incentive mechanism for core technicians.The research conclusion of this paper is conducive to YB company to improve the human resource management of core technical personnel,improve the company’s cohesion and centripetal force,and it is crucial for the company to maintain market competitiveness and long-term development in the future.
