As the practice in human resources management, recruitment plays an important role. It is the input link in the system of human resources management. The quality of the recruitment work directly influences the quality of the organizational professions input, and further more, it decides the further growth and development of the organization. As human resource management is rising from tactical level to strategic level, recruiting work also develop towards strategic direction. The realization of enterprise strategic goal needs more and more support of recruit working, and these new requirements force enterprise to know and consider recruitment concept, method and pattern again.This paper studies the recruitment problems through the enterprise strategic view, and advances an innovative way in researching. The paper introduces the theories such as strategic human resources management, the development of the relationship between human resource management and enterprise strategy, and recruitment theory, etc. After that, it discusses the recruitment based on enterprise's strategy, and advances a recruitment systematic design scheme based on enterprise's strategy. Then it gives detailed exposition of the recruitment systematic enforcement, and finally ends this paper with a recruitment practice—"HuaWei" case.
