Meanwhile, as the main body of China’s capital market and important component of financial industry, Securities companies’healthy development is the stabilizator of the securities market and the whole financial market, effecting national economy’s sustainable rapid healthy growth and financial stability security.With the development of China’s financial reform, the gradual opening of capital markets, CPI and housing prices remain high, European sovereign debt crisis continues to spread as well as domestic macroeconomic slowdown, all for the development of China’s securities companies presented new challenges. China’s securities business is small-scaled, finance product and business structure is single, lacking of features and innovation, business at a low level of competition is widespread.
