Research On Competitiveness Improvement Of SY Securities Firm' Brokerage Business Based On Organizational Innovation

With the announcement of China Securities Regulatory Commission in 2008, it is clear made that the securities company's regional headquarters and business services department should established as a branch company. At the same time, the entry of foreign investment banks led to strengthened competition in the industry. In order to enhance its own competitiveness, there is a need for SY securities company to execute client-oriented, business process reengineering and organizational innovation based organizational structure adjustment.This article first compared foreign and domestic securities companies'business models, organizational structures to submit model of development suited to the SY Company. By the use of SWOT model, SY Securities Company's industry environment, internal management, competitiveness was analyzed. Conclusion was drew that the relatively simple business model, lack of innovation capacity, the slow market response, the ability of quickly research conversion to financial products, and the lack of effective corporate governance is a major problem at present.Recommendations are put forward against SY brokerage business problems from the point of view of the company's business model, personnel management. In order to fundamentally improve the company's operational efficiency and ability to respond quickly to market, the article presented some methods for SY Securities Company's brokerage business to enhance front-end marketing ability and background security capability. Adjustment program of the organizational structure is mentioned at the end of the article.
