This paper is intended toevaluate before may cause the risk factors of abandoned land exploitation evaluationand comprehensive evaluation, risk prediction and advanced active control.This study selected Yan Yuan County, Sichuan province as the study area, in orderto land renovation plan as a starting point, based on the theory of sustainabledevelopment theory, ecological protection, land supply and demand theory and theagricultural location theory, based on the sort of the ideal solution model and caseanalysis, comparative analysis, combining qualitative and quantitative, combiningtheoretical analysis and empirical research methods, such as establishing the indexsystem.
