| Private economy is a kind of important economic form in our socialist market economy system, and private mining enterprises compose the private economy as a necessary part. Human resources management becomes increasingly acute as private mining enterprise has been continuously growing. On the premise of the rational development and utilization of mineral resources, how to make full development and utilization of human resources, establish a scientific human resource management system, has been one of the major problems that the mining enterprises currently facing.This paper attempts to take Yunnan KY Company as an example, to analysis the status of the human resources management and the existing problems in mining enterprises, and put forward a series of measures, meanwhile to provide reference for mining enterprises to establish a standardization, modernization of the human resources management, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the private mining enterprises.This paper includes three parts of introduction, text and conclusion. The first part mainly set forth the background, the significance, the content and method of the research. The second part is consist of five chapters. The first chapter states the human resources management theory and the domestic and foreign research output. The second chapter analysis the status of the human resources management of the private mining enterprises, and summarizes advantages and disadvantages that come with. The third chapter analysis the management status and existing problems of Yunnan KY Company. The fourth chapter grandly puts forward the optimization method of human resources management for KY Company. The fifth chapter proposes the specific measures for human resource management improvement of KY Company. The third part explains the research results and existing shortcomings that come with this paper.With this paper, to analysis existing problems in the human resources management of Yunnan KY Company, and put forward the corresponding improvement measures, and propose the human resources management improvement strategy with universal meaning for the private mining enterprises. |
