Study On Sino-Russian Timber Trade Development

China is the scarcity of forest resources-oriented country, the implementation of natural forest protection project in the context of such scarcity is more prominent, and with the growing domestic demand for wood contrast. To ease the contradiction between supply and demand, and has the geographic advantage of saving large amount of state forest cooperation with Russia, is a good choice. China and Russia become the most important areas where world timber trade grow rapidly. However, Chinas import of Russia timber was constrained by increase of export tariff coupled with many problems caused by illegal harvest since2007,therefore sustainable development of timber import trade between China and Russia is at a low level.Firstly, This paper analysis of Sino Russian timber trade, Sino Russian timber trade present situation and the existing problems, the main problems of enterprise anti risk is weak, lack of standardized management, the Russian timber development rate is low, then the system, a comprehensive analysis of the specific factors of timber trade between China and Russia, the Russian timber trade policy, the demand of wood, wood supply, trade way, trade cost and other factors, according to the analysis of influence factors, put forward the improvement of Sino Russian timber trade proposals including China and Russia policy of tax support, try to establish the FTA, the financial sector timber trading carry out deep level cooperation, strive to simplify transaction procedures, the establishment of a sound trade cooperation mechanism, we should change the concept of cooperation between enterprises of the two countries, the establishment of the China Russia business association, a series of problems about the coordinated development of Sino Russian timber trade between the two nations, deepen enterprise exchanges, pay attention to the enterprise’s credit, to establish a good faith business records into the trade association evaluation. China and Russia, with trade between the increasingly close, the timber trade industry will become more standardized, the establishment of a rational cooperation mechanism is a new direction of the future development of Sino Russian timber trade, it is important to study Sino Russian timber trade import and export structure of China’s wood research.
