Since China’s reform and opening up, China’s economy began to contact with theworld economy. Later, China’s accession to the WTO, the country’s economy and the worldeconomy more closely linked. Under such circumstances, China’s SMEs have to keep pacewith economic development. SME personnel system is not perfect, so attention to thedevelopment of SMEs, especially in human resources development for sustainable andhealthy development of China’s economy and social stability, and will undoubtedly play animportant significance.With the continuous development of enterprises, grow, companies eager for talent,and improve enterprise management level, human resources management occupies animportant position in enterprise management, enterprise development is inseparable fromthe people. Mentioned training in human resource management is an important part of itshuman capital by SMEs can be added. Companies need to be able to get the talent, theviability of the staff can adapt to environmental changes. Thus, the characteristics of theactual situation of enterprises and employees, develop a training system in line withbusiness is needed.The article analyzes the SME staff training system. Learning the forefront of thedomestic and international human resource management and development theory andexamples, combined with the characteristics of SMEs in China, summed up a set ofeffective training system, training related to Company A case study related to acombination of human resource management theory, a comprehensive analysis of thecompany’s training deficiencies exist, reference methods of others, to find solutions toproblems, and to improve on the company’s existing system.This article insisted combination of theory and practical way, using the theory ofhuman resource management, and by way of example, for an example of in-depth researchand analysis, the company found problems encountered in training and makerecommendations to solve the problem. The training system is conducive to theimplementation of the company’s strategy, employees are trained to meet their needs, tohelp businesses and individuals develop, due to their limited knowledge, this paper alsohas some shortcomings, but still hope that this study enterprises to establish a trainingsystem has a guiding role.
