Evaluation And Construction Of The Logistics Enterprise’s Core Competitiveness

With the rapid development of China’s economy，the logistics industry isgradually accelerate the pace of development.Many logistics enterprises have beenset up. However, few companies survive and grow in the fierce competition. Withmore and more well-known foreign logistics companies to enter China’s logisticsmarket, the survival environment of China’s logistics business is more difficult. Howto grow in the brutal competition is the problem that each of logistics enterprises mustponder. This paper argues that the core competence is the key to the development oflogistics enterprises. Whether logistics companies can cultivate their corecompetencies according to the characteristics of the enterprise itself related to thelong-term development of enterprises.So this paper focused on the characteristics of logistics enterprises, and elects themain factors affecting the core competitiveness of logistics enterprises based onscientific, objective and comprehensive principles. By the methods of factor analysisconducted in-depth analysis of the data after empirical investigation of logisticsenterprises in Zibo City,we build a scientific evaluation system to analysis therelationship between the various elements. Through our research, service capacity isthe most visually embody of logistics enterprise’s core competitiveness, and the resultis in line with the characteristics of the logistics industry development. Throughfurther analysis，we know logistics development strategy is the key to build the corecompetitiveness of logistics enterprises. Finally, we build a logistics enterprise’s corecompetitiveness model according development strategy, and proposed strategies tocultivate core competitiveness.Once the core competitiveness of logistics enterprisesis improved,it will provide the tremendous power to development of logisticsenterprises.
