Study On The Promoting Way Of The Core Competence Of Small And Medium-sized Logistics Enterprises

While the focus of enterprises competition transferred from production fields to logistics fields since 1980's, the competition evolved from the inter-enterprises pattern into the inter-supply chain pattern. The operation process of logistics management, which is called"The Third Fountain of Profit",have been playing as an important role in constructing the competitive advantage of supply chain. At present, China third-party logistics market is still in infancy, which gives priority to medium-small enterprises. Faced with chances and challenges of China logistics market, how to promote the core competence of Small and Medium-sized Logistics Enterprises. Enhancing a sustained ability have become a problem which need to be soluted right now both to the field of economic theory and to the field of business.In this thesis, Firstly, this thesis summarized the development of logistics in China. From the theory, character, factor of core competence and analyzing the construction of Small and Medium-sized Logistics Enterprises. Specially a typical medium-sized logistics company,HQ logistics company is taken as our investigation object, faced process of operation problems.Then,established the strategy of enterprise development, information system, strategic of customer partnership, implementation of the human resources strategy, market position, level of inventory management, stringent cost controls, strategy of customer satisfaction system to solve these questions. In the end, compared the process of information system, receiving and shipping of HQ logistics company.Analysed and evaluated the implemention of key target. To find the core competence of Small and Medium-sized logistics company.and promoting the core competence of Small & Medium-sized logistic company.
