With the steady progress of the integration of Changsha, Zhuzhouand Xiangtan, and the rapid development of the two-oriented society,enterprises’ role in pushing forward the economic and social developmenthas been increasingly revealed. Talents, especially young talents, playvery important roles in promoting the growth of enterprises. In the veryperiod of social transition undergoing complex and profound changes, ithas a great significance to do deep researches on how enterprisesencourage the growth of young talents to adapt to the new economic andsocial changes and development requirements, considering from differentfactors, such as career development needs for the youth, characteristics oftheir value orientation and competitive market environment.On the basis of summing up the human resource related incentivetheories, this paper conducts some specific analyses from five aspects,namely the existing incentive concepts, the incentive ways and means, thedistribution mechanisms, the training system and the enterprise culture,by analyzing the valid questionnaires concerning the issue of incentivemechanism on young talents in Zhuzhou. It provides theoretical and datasupports for the proposals of improving the incentive mechanisms ofZhuzhou enterprises for young talents and its specific optimizationmeasures at the end of the paper.By grasping the first-hand data and combining them with theincentive theory widely used in present enterprises, this paper proposestargeted countermeasures for further optimizing the enterprises’ incentivemechanisms for young talents. Researching from the aspects ofestablishing the concept of young talent capital, enriching the effectiveways to encourage young talents, and innovating the distribution mechanism for young talents, developing the training mechanism foryoung talents as well as enhancing the driving force of enterprise cultureon young talents, this paper expects to maximize the value of youngtalents, by grasping the key links in encouraging them, strengthening thepositive encouragements, and providing platforms for their developments,reforming and improving the distribution mechanism, as well asadvocating and inspiring the entrepreneurial spirits for young talents.
