The most important resource of the enterprise is human resources,and the motive power to drive the work is the motive force.Incentive problems,especially the motivation of young employees,are essential to the management of human resources.In recent years,young people in A group has promoted the development and progress of a group to a certain extent,grass roots level.However,the increasingly prominent problems in the work cannot be and has become a new force for stabilizing production at the avoided.Therefore,give full play to the incentive effect,mobilize the enthusiasm of the youth to the maximum,and make the contemporary situation more and more complex.Cultivating talents and good cultural accomplishment technical expertise,create a good environment for the growth,for the construction of a vast and solid foundation,responsible and respected youth team.This paper mainly uses the theory of Maslow's hierarchy of needs,Herzberg's two_factor theory,Aldford's ERG theory,Ferrum's expectation theory,Adams's equity theory and summarizes the theory of motivation,motivating young employees of the enlightenment;followed by the characteristics of group development and industry background,combined with the actual group structure and personnel structure,sampling the investigation of the demand motivation and a group of 300 young employees,effective and comprehensive analysis of the incentive mechanism of the status qua;then,through the analysis of the investigation on teenagers have diversified incentive needs,solve the problems of the incentive mechanism of the discovery process operation in A group,and analyzed the deep-seated reasons;finally,for optimization design of incentive mechanism of A group of young employees is proposed.It not only helps to enhance the sense of identity among young people,but also lays a solid foundation for their whole career success and promotes the stability and development of grass roots labor force.This is of major practical significance for promoting the scientific and sustainable development of A group.
