The Study Of Achievement Evaluation Based On EVA And Sustainable Growth For The State-owned Power Plants

Establish and improve business performance evaluation system is an important measure to improve the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises. The State Council issued the "Central Business Executives Performance Evaluation Interim Measures" on December2009. In order to determine the added value of the core indicators of economic evaluation system, guide enterprises to further strengthen the main industry, improve capital efficiency to achieve sustainable development of enterprises.But for now, the state-owned power generation enterprise performance evaluation assessment indicators of the presence of complex, contempt of value creation, the lack of awareness of issues such as the cost of capital. Operators too much attention during his tenure of corporate performance, ignoring long-term development, in spite of the limitations of internal resources, blind investment and construction of sustainable growth caused serious financial damage.Based on the above background, this paper aims to build a set of core values in order to increase economic integration into the concept of sustainable growth balanced scorecard as a means of state-owned power generation enterprise performance evaluation systems. Within the BSC framework, the state-owned power generation will be measured from the perspective of financial, internal processes, learning and growth. The EVA relative indicators and sustainable growth model also be put into the assessment system in order to make up the issue of traditional profit targets, and evaluate the enterprise from both the "quality" and "quantity" A combination of AHP and Entropy Method is also be used in the process of right setting. This paper attempts to achieve a more comprehensive and accurate performance evaluation of state-owned power companies, and guide managers pay more attention to the long-term development of enterprises and value creation. This paper put Datang Power Generation as a case study to analyze the results of the performance evaluation system, and give the future conduct further research and application prospects.
