With the development of the globalization of knowledge and economy, the competition between different countries is mainly the talent competition. And the competition between different enterprises is also the talent competition. The recruitment is a very important part of human resources management in the enterprise. Senior talent recruitment is the most important thing for the enterprise. The effectiveness of the senior talents recruitment will directly affect the long-term development of the enterprise. As a result, the research about senior talent recruitment has become a research hotspot. As an industry emerging in recent years, Headhunting Company can provide clients with a variety of recruitment services and help clients find the right person. The paper takes HongDa New Material Company as the research sample and establishes the evaluation system of the recruitment and management effectiveness to find the actual situation and the reasons for that. The paper uses the Headhunting Company to improve the company’s recruitment and management system.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the topic origin, the research goal, the significance, the research methods, the research contents and framework, the research innovation points and difficulties. The second chapter introduces the senior talent recruitment and the operation priciple and process of headhunters. In the third chapter, the paper takes HongDa New Material Company as the research sample. The chapter introduces the senior talent recruitment and management situation of the company and the challenges it faces. The fourth chapter establishes the evaluation system of the senior talent recruitment and management effectiveness. The fifth chapter describes that based on headhunter recruitment, the senior talent recruitment of the HongDa New Material Company is improved. The sixth chapter is the conclusion. This part summarizes the full thesis.
