Research On The Risk Management Of"Water City Of China" Constracti On Project Of Jianning Water Group

In order to improve the urban water environment and promote the construction of ecologically-civilized city, Nanning propose and starts the construction project "Water City of China" in2009. As the major contributor, Jianning Water Group faced with several difficulties such as huge amount of engineering construction programs, great investment and complicated construction management.And the issues of government risk, management risk, market risk, technical risk, financial risk, etc. must be overcome. By using the methods of documental analysis, comparative analytical method and statistical analysis, this paper aims to give an overall evaluation and an in-depth conclusion to the risk condition existed in the construction project "Water City of China" and puts forward some countermeasures for risk prevention from the perspective of the major contributor, so as to improve the management level, enhance risk control capability and ensure efficient and quality completion of the project.
