Based on the characteristics of international settlement business, it helps in enhancing the core capital adequacy ratio, increasing profitability, improving the ability of innovation, hence helps to enhance competitiveness,with the development and influences of global economic integration, developing international settlement business has become the consensus ofbanks.As the national agricultural policy bank, from the point of view of fulfilling its responsibilities, servicing its clients and achieving its objectives, the NF Bank started the international settlement business in2006. As Guangxi Branch is one of the earliest pilot branches, the volume of its international settlement business has been grown rapidly in the first few years. With the changes of development strategy, and as the business develops, international settlement business development of Guangxi Branch is facing many difficulties and problems. Problems such as the defects in the internal management system, the imperfect internal control system and process, less product variety, not enough clients, the comparatively low quality of the employees, decreased business growth rate significantly.Using the analysis tools--PEST and SWOT, the article analyzed the macro environment and the internal&external advantages and disadvantages of international settlement business of NF bank Guangxi Branch, and summed up the existing problems in four aspects. Those are about management system, client base, product and Risk prevention. In consideration of actual internal management of NF Bank and Guangxi, the article put forward specific suggestions one by one, try to find a path of sustainable development for Guangxi branch of NF bank’s international settlement business.
