| Along with the vigorous development of financial industry and the acceleration of information technology revolution, in order to upgrade the level of information technology and focus on improving the core competitiveness, China’s Banks are increasingly outsourcing information technology services. Although there have been many attempts to outsource information technology services in China’s Banks, at present banking outsourcing is still at a preliminary stage. In China’s special conditions, many practical problems arising from information technology services outsourcing that foreign banks will not encounter need to be solved. This paper first analyzes the concrete problems of C bank’s information technology outsourcing. Then connected to relevant economic theories and combined with situations and specific cases of domestic and foreign information technology outsourcing, this paper proposes specific countermeasures to improve C bank’s information technology outsourcing. This paper offers beneficial reference and experience to other China’s banks.First of all, this paper explains the basic theory of the emergence and development of information technology outsourcing, and analyzes the necessity and inevitability of information technology outsourcing. Secondly, the paper studies commercial bank’s information technology outsourcing, including its connotation, classification, characteristics, modes and risk control methods, so that there is a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of commercial bank’s information technology outsourcing. Then this paper discusses the development of information technology in C bank. Combined with the specific process of the implementation of information technology outsourcing, concrete problems existing in C bank’s information technology outsourcing are analyzed. Next, this paper analyzes the situations and specific cases of domestic and foreign information technology outsourcing, and summarizes the experiences of domestic and foreign banking outsourcing of information technology. Finally, through the research and exploration of C bank’s information technology outsourcing, this paper puts forward specific countermeasures to improve the C bank’s information technology outsourcing. |
