The Research Of Imbalance On Tourism Industry Development To Guangxi Beebe Gulf Economic Zone Based On The Entropy Value Method

With the current trend of economic globalization and regional economic integration, regional economy has been got rapid development. But in this process, the unbalanced problem of regional economic development has also begun to emerge and constantly expand. Therefore, regional problems become hot issues in current theory research and practice. Along with the rise of the strategic position to Beibu Gulf economic zone and Beibu Gulf economic zone tourism, the problem of its tourism industry development has got more and more attention. In this paper, we discussed the unbalanced problem of Beibu Gulf tourism industry development, just try to deepen the understanding of this unbalanced condition and provide some useful thinking for the coordinated development of regional tourism economy.In view of this, based on the comprehensive research of the unbalanced problem of regional tourism industry development at home and abroad, this paper combined with the theory of regional differences, coordinated development of regional economy, the tourism industry and the practice of our country’s tourism statistics, and then built a set of evaluation system, which contains5primary evaluation indicators such as tourist number and tourism income situation, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing condition, foundation of purchasing power and32secondary evaluation indicators such as the total amount of tourists, etc. After that, through entropy analysis method, this article has carried on the empirical research of the Beibu Gulf economic zone. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:First, in terms of the indicators, the accommodation development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf economic zone widened the overall imbalance of tourism economic development in the economic zone; Second, with respect to the selected cities, the relative rankings(Nanning, Beihai, Qinzhou, Fangchenggang) of composite scores for tourism economic development basically accord with their relative status in the zone; But as the capital of Guangxi and the center of the Beibu Gulf economic zone, the composite scores of Nanning doesn’t match its center status. Finally, as the industry elements, the whole unbalanced order from high to low was: accommodation industry and tour conditions, the transportation situation, purchasing power, but the superiority of the development of cities various on the selected index.On the basis of the results, we put forward the following measures to solve these unbalanced problems:Increase the uneven development and strengthen the regional tourism economy growth pole for Nanning; Make every efforts to ensure the advantage of inbound tourism for Fangchenggang and improve the disadvantage of its domestic travel, transportation and accommodation industry; To ensure inbound advantage and improve its domestic travel, transportation and accommodation industry disadvantages; Intensify the tourism development efforts to QinZhou, focus on promoting the transformation from the transportation to the tourist economy advantages; Strengthen the regional tourism cooperation of Guangxi Beibu Gulf economic zone.
