The economic benefits of three kinds of breeding mode in Baotou region is the economic benefits of breeding enterprise> the economic benefits of small-scale breeding zones> the economic benefits of free-range farmers. The study found that the major problems in the process of dairy industry at present development is as follows:the government behavior lead to the development of dairy industry lags behind:the government subsidy policy implementation does not reach the designated position, propaganda is not enough, science and technology isnot universal access to everyone, the development of regional is unbalanced. The farmers themselves can lead to the development of dairy industry blocked:older, have less education and more breeding time is short, lack of scientific breeding technology, financing difficulties, the introduction of a single cow varieties, yield level is low. Dairy products enterprise can lead to the development of dairy industry blocked: milk pricing mechanism is not sound, and the prices are too low; In the process of trading not implement quality pricing; Dairy food safety problem is serious.
