Study On Countermeasures Of Poverty Alleviation Through Agricultural Industrislization In Sangzhi

Just rely on the power of government and the role of the market mechanism to solve the problem of poverty in ethnic areas cannot solve the fundamental problem. To solve the problem of poverty of ethnic areas, it is necessary to integrate the advantage of the market and the government, and combine the system of mandatory and induced changes from top to down. Economic and social development in ethnic minority areas is relatively backward for a long term, so the industrialization of agriculture has become an important way of rapid and healthy development of agricultural economy in the ethnic areas, especially for poor areas, and then the development of the industrialization of agriculture can promote social and economic development in ethnic areas. Unlike traditional agricultural way of poverty alleviation, by the role of government between leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization and farmers, poverty alleviation of agricultural industrialization allows farmers to participate in the production process of agricultural industrialization, forming long and close partnership with leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization. In China, there are already a lot of regions doing poverty alleviation in this way which achieved a better effect of poverty alleviation, but there still many problems existed in the course of implementation.This article focused on the poverty alleviation of agricultural industrialization of Sangzhi, the study of meaning, content and research methods were elaborated and introduced, and then the domestic and foreign literature on housing security were reviewed. Sangzhi County located in northwestern Hunan Province, is a western minority areas, and poverty alleviation of agricultural industrialization is important. First, with regard to the poverty alleviation of agricultural industrialization, foreign and domestic literature was reviewed, and then theoretical knowledge related to it was analyzed, such as what is poverty alleviation of agricultural industrialization, poverty alleviation theory and other related theories, and dynamic analysis of it was carried out, especially for Sangzhi; second, effectiveness analysis of poverty alleviation of agricultural industrialization of Sangzhi was conducted and then an empirical study drew relevant conclusions; third, poverty alleviation achievements of agricultural industrialization of Sangzhi were analyzed, and based on it, some issues for the implementation of it was raised; finally, some useful inspiration and rationality suggestions of poverty alleviation of agricultural industrialization of Sangzhi was made, which will make the de velopment of agricultural industrialization of Sangzhi achieve better poverty alleviation results.
