Study On Poverty Alleviation Through Industrialization In Shanganning Old Revolutionary Area

As the largest developing country in the world, China is carrying a heavy burden of poverty.Therefore,from the household contract responsibility system to promote poverty alleviation to today’s precise poverty,the party and the government have paid close attention to the problem of poverty in rural areas and also raise higher demand for the industrialization poverty alleviation.Shanganning old revolutionary area,which have made outstanding contributions for the victory of Chinese revolution.Due to the poverty and weakness in history and the fragile natural environment,the economic and social of the old revolutionary areas developed slowly,the development of rural poor was ignored.Therefore, it is particularly important to carry out the industrialization of poverty alleviation.By the role of government between leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization and farmers,poverty alleviation of agricultural industrialization allows farmers to participate in the production process of agricultural industrialization, forming long and close partnership with leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization.This paper studies the rural poverty situation in Shanganning old revolutionary area,following the research route of “summary of poverty, poverty measure,poverty reduction performance,cause analysis,countermeasures and suggestions”.Firstly,this paper based on the study of the old revolutionary areas,poverty in the rural,measured the rural poor comprehensive evaluation index in the old revolutionary areas,and analyzed the main factors of the comprehensive evaluation index,and how the index reflect the situation of rural poverty.The study found that,Shanganning old revolutionary area has been effectively alleviated,which benefits from the improvement of income,expenditure,education, health,development, family and employment about rural poverty population.Secondly,taking measured poverty index as output index,the financial funds for agriculture of Shanganning old revolutionary area is divided into three parts:financial support for agricultural industrialization,financial special poverty alleviation and other financial support for agriculture,then analysis DEA efficiency of poverty reduction.DEA analysis results show that the funds of financial agriculture input in different areas of rural reduce poverty significantly, financial support agriculture industry reduced poverty relative to other areas of investment is the worst, so the financial poverty alleviation in to pay special attention to the industrialization of agriculture development.Finally, in view of theexisting problems in the industrialization of poverty alleviation, puts forward some suggestions that the value chain interventions to enhance self-development capacity of the poor population.
