Transaction Model And Applications Of Freight Information In Highway Logistics Center

Highway transportation is one of the most important mode of transportation in our country. Along with the increase of logistics demand, our country’s highway logistics is developing rapidly. Highway freight volume has accounted for more than70%of our county’s total freight volume. Highway logistics centers are important nodes that linking up the whole highway logistics network of one country and also are important places for gathering and trading freight information. As a result, this paper researches freight information transaction and related problems taking highway logistics centers as the research object.This paper summarized the theory of information value, information pricing, information transaction as well as related freight information theories. Then the paper analyzed the present situation of freight information transaction in our country’s highway logistics center. The results showed as follows:information pricing and transaction researches have focused on the construction optimizing of logistics information network transaction platform and providing better services; There are only a few researches of information value evaluation; What’s more, there are almost no researches about information value, information pricing and information transaction of highway logistics centers. Therefore, firstly, this paper analyzed the transaction mode and the influencing factors of freight information in highway logistics centers. Secondly, according to the characteristics of freight information transaction in highway logistics center and the comparative study of related information value measurement methods we build a grey clustering analysis model by referencing the triangular whitenization weight function to evaluation the value of freight information. Thirdly, according to the evaluation mode of freight information we provides references to both of the buyers and the sellers when they making decisions in the transaction process. On the basis of the evaluation of information value we analyzed the game behavior of both side in the freight information transaction process. And then we build a three round of bargaining mode to figure out the best price of freight information. In the next moment, we taking Chongqing Yu’nan logistics center as research object for empirical analysis and the result shows that building of the evaluation and pricing mode of freight information can standardized the transaction mode in the highway logistics center and enhanced the rationality of information exchange. In the last part of the paper by analyzing the current situation of the development of Yu’nan logistics center a few suggestions are put forward at the last of the paper.
