Finally, taking Shandong province Yishui County as a case, the research will construct an evaluation system of County urbanization quality. The system will measure the situation of urbanization quality in Yishui County from the employment and population, economic development, urban construction, residents living, social services, ecological environment six aspects. Taking Yishui County as the representative of the southern Shandong city chain, analysis the County urbanization status and characteristics Then, Combined with the actual status of the local urbanization development, put forward corresponding countermeasures.
