Research On The Problem Of New-type Urbanization Construction In Xihua County

In recent years,the state has vigorously promoted the development of “new-type urbanization” and advocated the adoption of a new type of urbanization with Chinese characteristics,and with the core of improving the quality of urbanization development.The development of urbanization is no longer the increase in the number of urban population and the expansion of urban areas in traditional,and to achieve the development of human-centered urbanization.In order to deeply study the practice of new-type urbanization in Xihua County,the theoretical basis of the new-type urbanization construction in Xihua County was explained using the growth pole and point axis development theory,urban development theory,new-type urbanization,and population flow theory.The investigation and research method,literature analysis method and case study method were used to analyze and analyze the new-type urbanization construction in Xihua County.Xihua County has achieved remarkable results in the new-type urbanization construction.Focusing on scientific planning to assisting the integration of cities and towns;establishing a strong leadership coordination mechanism for the construction of urbanization;step-by-step in the transformation process to help the people get rid of the old way of life and traditional concepts and gradually integrate into urban life;People-oriented construction of "beautiful countryside";continuous improvement of infrastructure and speeding up the pace of urbanization;combining the construction of new-type urbanization with precise poverty alleviation,boosting the development process of new-type urbanization;compartmentalize clearly in public rights and private rights;The construction of a new-type urbanization project was effectively promoted by the implementation of the above policies and measures in Xihua County and achieved remarkable results in promoting its urbanization.However,there are still some problems,such as industry support needs to be improved;underground infrastructure construction is relatively low;it is not coordinated in the construction of new-type urbanization and new rural;lifestyle urbanization needs to be strengthened.Xihua county can take actions to promote the development of the new-type urbanization better.The details are as follows: Based on the industrial clustering to promote the integration of industry and urban development;strengthen the construction of the underground infrastructure in cities and towns;promote the urbanization development of the lifestyles;speed up the urbanization development of the ecological environment;Only by stepping up investment in hardware and software,can we accelerate the process of new-type urbanization development.
