The Study On Differences About The Quality Of Urbanization In Guangxi

The18th National Congress proposed to uphold the new urbanization with Chinese characteristics.The development of urbanization will be a major initiatives to promote the development of China’s economic development and the reform of People’s lives.Therefore the research of urbanization Will experience a new period of rapid development. While there is no single definition for the meaning of urbanization quality in academia. This paper argues that the real meaning of the quality of urbanization is in the dynamic process of urbanization. Along with the development of the economic, social progress, living standards, ecological environment and optimize infrastructure, etc. Therefore, first of all the urbanization should include all aspects of economic, social,living standards, the environment,and co-ordination of the urban and rural. Further the development of the quality of urbanization not only need to enhance the pace of development, but also need to focus on the development of urbanization efficiency issues.That is to achieve harmonization of quality and efficiency on the basis of saving the resources and energy. So how to promote urbanization effective and sustainable is an important issues which need to be considered deeply.Guangxi province as a minority western province is a typical representative in southwest underdeveloped ethnic areas.In recent years the urbanization of Guangxi province develops fast and the rate of urbanization reached43.6%in2012.However the lack of supporting infrastructure of the city and Unsustainable development lead to the environmental degradation and the increase of social pressure in some areas of Guangxi. Because there exists a common problem that the development of urbanization pay more emphasis on the speed than the quality in various cities in Guangxi.This paper establish a new set of urbanization evaluation system to make a comprehensive evaluation about the quality of urbanization of the cities in Guangxi from six aspects which are the quality of economic development, quality of social development,the quality of environmental development, the development of Living standards, the urban space layout, urbanization promote efficiency.and the co-ordination urban and rural areas,finding that the development of economic makes the most important impact on the quality of the differences of the urbanization between the City and rural around Guangxi is in low-level coordination..This paper proposes relevant measures for narrowing differences in the quality of urbanization around the city of Guangxi,and improves the overall quality of urbanization for the problems,which is of great practical significance on Speeding up the process of urbanization of Guangxi and promoting the healthy development of urbanization.
