A Study On The Urban Village Reconstruction Project Development Finacing Management Research

With the rapid development of cities, urban villages problem has become increasingly common, villages restricting urban development has become a major problem. However, the transformation of urban villages needs huge capital, funding has become a bottleneck restricting the transformation of urban villages. This paper focuses on the transformation of villages problem Xi’an, through the transformation of urban villages in Xi’an analysis provides a reference for the transformation of Xi’an villages nationwide. By analyzing the Xi’an city reconstruction of existing financing model, summarize the problems raised in both domestic and international experience in more mature PPP financing model transformation in the villages, and by Chen Jia Zhai Xi’an Lianhu An Empirical Analysis of the transformation of the village, indicating the feasibility of PPP financing model.This paper studies the following aspectsFirst, the analysis of the formation and development of Xi’an urban village, but illustrates the transformation of villages in Xi’an necessity and urgency. Reconstruction of the Village face huge capital needs, analyze the feasibility of project financing in the transformation of villages, good foundation for the proposed PPP financing model used in the transformation of villages.Second, analysis of the Xi’an city reconstruction of existing financing model and illustrates its problems, after analyzing sources of funding and financing models run PPP PPP financing model, etc., and describes the transformation of its villages advantages.Third, through specific examples-the Chen Village Lianhu District Xi’an transformation, the Chen Zhai analysis estimates the economic necessity and explain its feasibility.
